Anja Wuerminghausen is a Nationally Certified and Ohio Medical Board licensed Massage Therapist, a certified Reflexologist and CranioSacral Therapist,  studied in Germany, was a business-owner for several years and entered the complementary healthcare profession as a Nutrition and Fitness Advisor.

After a move to the United States Anja completed her Massage Therapy Training in Florida. In 2004 she relocated to Ohio and opened her business in Uniontown.

In addition to treating clients in her office, she is serving local businesses as an Independent ON-Site Chair Massage Contractor.

With a degree in Business and Foreign Languages and as a former translator for global corporations Anja Wuerminghausen has a strong understanding of medical conditions that can develop in today's work places due to repetitive movements, working on computers, line-work, etc.

Anja has extensive training in Therapeutic Massage (Swedish Massage, Reflexology and CranioSacral Therapy for Stress Reduction and Relaxation; Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy for Pain Management, including Active Isolated and PNF Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching for Limited Range of Motion, Post Surgical and Injury Trauma; Rehabilitative Exercise for Stretching, Conditioning and Flexibility; Sports Massage; Conditioning; Myofascial Release and Hydrotherapy).

In addition Anja is certified in "Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques", developed by Erik Dalton, Ph.D., an advanced Rolfer, trained by Ida Rolf and the Founder and Executive Director of the Freedom From Pain Institute®. Anja uses a combination of treatment modalities in her sessions in order to achieve best results.
